科恩科KNKE電動高真空插板閥，electric high vacuum gate valve，是利用螺杆電動推動，密封軸（杆）做軸向運動，推（拉）動 舉(ju) 升機構，帶動驅動體(ti) 沿軸向運動，當定位板運動到止動塊時，密封壓板和支撐板停止軸向 移動，而臥在密封壓板和支撐板球窩內(nei) 的鋼球被驅動體(ti) 推出球窩，從(cong) 而使支撐板和密封壓板 背離驅動體(ti) ，而壓向閥門法蘭(lan) 的支撐麵和密封麵，當鋼球完全離開球窩而位於(yu) 支撐板和密封 壓板的平麵上時，壓緊力達到最大，閥門被完全關(guan) 閉，當驅動體(ti) 被拉動向後運動時，由於(yu) 密封 壓板和支撐板與(yu) 法蘭(lan) 麵間摩擦力很大，鋼球被驅動體(ti) 拉回球窩，密封壓板和支撐板在中心彈 簧的作用下，壓向驅動體(ti) ，隨驅動體(ti) 一同向後運動，離開法蘭(lan) 孔口，使閥門完全打開。

電動高真空插板閥適用的工作介質為(wei) 潔淨的空氣及非腐蝕性氣體(ti) 。
